    Not able to make and receive calls in BCM 450

    Last week, I changed the patch cable and did PRI bertmeter testing for 20 hours and found no errors on the bert meter.Only for one day it worked with out any issues. Again today got the same issue "No Free Lines available". Then we did the hard card reset to make calls successfully. -BCU
