Is there a way to added another voicemail box to check via CallPilot Desktop messaging?
I believe there is using IMAPI, anyone have any details?

Trying to get the Call Detail Recording (CDR) to transfer to my computer on a daily basis.
I configured this several days ago but when I check my ftp folder it is empty and the last tranfer time on the Data File Transfer Page is empty also.
Not sure what piece fo the puzzle I'm missing...

Select Services
Select Telephony Services
Select System DNs
Select Active Set DNs
Select The appropriate DN...
Adding voice mail to a user.
1. I've gone into the BCM configuration and did a add voice mail to the users extension of 242.
2. Had the use initialize their mailbox, new password, record name for directory, and greeting.
If I call the users extension after 5 rings (as with everyone elses)...
Moving some phones around they forgot to plug a phone back in so it is now showing as an inactive DN.
I there some process I can use to reactive the DN?
