Voice Mail not Answering after ringing

Adding voice mail to a user.
1. I've gone into the BCM configuration and did a add voice mail to the users extension of 242.

2. Had the use initialize their mailbox, new password, record name for directory, and greeting.

If I call the users extension after 5 rings (as with everyone elses) there is no greeting or ability to leave a message. If I call his external number no greeting or ability to leave a message.

If I transfer to voice mail, that works.

If I fax on his Fax DID that works.

Not sure what I'm missing to get voice mail to pickup when dialing his extension or exter number.

Press feature 985 for the VM DN then enter it under fwd no answer for that ext. programing.
 
Thank you very much adding to the capabilities was the answer. Just in case I have have to look this up again perform the following.

Log into the BCM Main Menu
Select Configure
Login
Select Services
Select Telephony Services
Select System DNs
Select Active Set DNs
Select The appropriate DN
Select Capabilities
Select Call Forward
Enter the following information
Fwd no answer to: 455
Fwd no answer delay: 4
Frd on busy to 455
Logout of the BCM

Fwd on busy to 455" You wont be able to receive a 2nd call with this set and your on a call , it will go to Vmail.
