    Block Outbound phone calls

Thank you 4merAvaya. That was way too easy. Although I like the solution Zen216 came up with. I wish I could do that. My problem is who I would send the calls to and if they would have a sense of humor or not.

Out of Bandwidth msg on Cisco 7960 IP phones

Is a H.323 gatekeeper a different box than the publisher or subscriber? I'm a little confused. I have placed the correct route patterns in call manager so local calls would route to the pstn route. I don't think this is what is happening. Are we missing something?

I need to install Cisco Call Manager in a lab so I can get familiar with it before we go live with it. I have a Compaq server. When I put disk 1 in and boot the server, I get a message 'The OS version that supports the detected server is 2000.2.4'. Is there a way to get past this block? If I...

    Avaya P333R Switch Factory Reset

We have moved some of our switches around and didn't document too well what subnet they were on. Yep, I'm an idiot. So what do I need to do to get the switch back to factory defaults so I can telnet into the switch. I don't have the proper cable/adapter where I'm at right now. Thank you for...
