    Carolyn, First, Exit Paradox. Then, from the directory where MGIOrder.db resides, delete paradox.lck and pdoxusrs.lck. Don't worry, you don't need those 2 files. That should do the trick. Let me know if it doesn't. Good Luck! Paul
