Paradox 4.5 is running an application on a single user system. While the user was entering data, the power was cut off. Subsequently, they were able to get into Paradox and their application, but other tables locked up, and they had to re-boot.

Now they are getting the "ODAPI busy" error message. Another message they have gotten is "Cannot open MGIOrder.db"

It has been ages since I have worked w/PDXwin--can you help me resolve this problem?

Thanks.

Carolyn,
First, Exit Paradox. Then, from the directory where MGIOrder.db resides, delete paradox.lck and pdoxusrs.lck. Don't worry, you don't need those 2 files. That should do the trick. Let me know if it doesn't.
Good Luck!
Paul
