BTBZ thanks a lot! That was it. For some reason the hold music isn't playing during that time? Is that normal? It works if manually put on hold and the BGM music works as well. Thanks for all the help it's much appreciated! Luke

Geez, another 'new guy' moment I suppose. I needed to hyperTerminal into the TVS100 it's self and program the AA menu to redirect 0 to the extension I wanted and setup the 3 operator's there. Now we wait till tomorrow to see if it stuck.

Thanks for the response ironhorse. I quadruple checked 803/804 and they are both set to master source 1. The music source I know is working due to the BGM music works through pressing 1 on any phone. However when you place anyone on hold there is nothing coming through. Any other options?
