I've dug through everything possible to adjust this and can't seem to find it. If a phone doesn't answer (20 seconds right now) the auto-attend picks up asking if you want to leave a message etc. If the phone is setup to DND/FWD the auto-attend picks up in about 2 seconds. If I'm on the phone and another call is placed into the hold rotation the auto-attend picks up every 5 seconds.

The boss says this is annoying, but I can't seem to find the settings to adjust those timers. Mainly we want to adjust the time it take the message "We're sorry the line is busy would you like to hold?" message out to abotu 30 seconds. Presently it's about 2-5 seconds and the hold music never actually kicks in.

You need program the TV100 voicemail CALL Parameter Setting.
System Admin Top Menu >>> 1 >>> 5 >>> 6 >>> 5

You need to set the call retrieval announcement timing (default 02 sec) Can only set (01-30 sec).

Check page 4-70 TV100 installation manual or check for the manual. good luck
 
BTBZ thanks a lot! That was it. For some reason the hold music isn't playing during that time? Is that normal? It works if manually put on hold and the BGM music works as well.

No music because the voicemail doing the hold not the KSU.
 
Ok so there is no way around that....well that's a bummer for sure. Is there any way to add in beeps or anything to it?
 
It's best just send caller to mailbox to leave a message. I had the same problem regarding the caller on hold. You can use call waiting to tell caller hold then the music will kick in.
