Well Im just trying to get the tvs 100 to answer my phone line so people can leave messages in mail box, I have phone line in port 1 now

oh and I have a new hard drive and was formatted for the TVS100

im useing voice mail master here , but it wont pick up

Been working on my tvs and got the computer to see it, now i have a blinking red light and it will not pick the phone up?Anyone know what im doing wrong???

Well that didnt work,;( is the power light blinking if its working right? and when it starts up the hard drive makes a couple sounds but sounds like it running, I have 2 adapers on my cord to get a seral port to a rs 232 connetion, would that be it?

So where would I find a Modem Adapter? im in florida and went to a couple places just to find a modem cable, even had to use an adapter to make the it from seral to rs232. Do you think i need to get the right cable? and IM going to run Voice Master software , ( I"LL Be Needing all the help I can...

Im useing a cable thats to com port 1, so this unit does need to be hooked up to a PBX box then? was trying to hook up just the tvs 100 to my phone lines

Oh yea does the TVS 100 need a PBX to Work and answer calls?

I Have A Panasonic KX TVS 100 that when I try to run the Program Voice Master Software and when I try to Connect to the TVS 100 , comes up to the com port 1 box on my screen and then keeps Serching, will not connect , the power button is blinking Red... Does This Meant a bad hard drive?
