Been working on my tvs and got the computer to see it, now i have a blinking red light and it will not pick the phone up?Anyone know what im doing wrong???

It could be the harddrive or else it has lost connection with the phone system

im useing voice mail master here , but it wont pick up

oh and I have a new hard drive and was formatted for the TVS100

what system is it on. if it is a td or tda, you have to connect port 1 of voicemail to the first extension set as vm port

Well Im just trying to get the tvs 100 to answer my phone line so people can leave messages in mail box, I have phone line in port 1 now

this was what i was looking for in manual port setting
1-6-2 is were you tell tvs that its connected to straight dialtone /phone line has settings for CPC call party connect/disconnect signal Too!!!

so now that you have hyperterm working right
connect hit 2 for vt100 1 for program then a"6" and a"2"

so the deal is that out of the box the tvs was setup for the
td you must do a quick setup and select other or t308/616 as a system type to use the tvs on straight dialtone.....
