    I'm used to 5220's and 5140's. If they are acd enabled, superkey(on 5220) or ACD softkey(on 5140) enables you to do your biznaz.     How much time to upgrade 3300ICP?

    From the time we launch the sw installer, roughly how much time before the switch(3300icp) is ready to accept calls again? My dealer is coming in the morning and its been a couple years since we've done it. We're going from 5.2 to the latest version of 7. Thanks, Steve
