I am trying to use a delta server to pick up the SMDR output from my IP office 500.Although you can only use SMDR output and not CRD on release 5 I have read in the docs that it is still possible to use the delta server with this.Does anyone know what setting to put into the SMDR tab on IP...
The unit is not even on the network anymore and has not beeen for a few days now.There is no sign of a USB/parallel or serial dongle.

It is not an offline config. I can make small changes on system reboot and all licences are still valid.Could they be licences from a network alchemy unit.Not sure if they needed a dongle to work,bit before my time.

I know you can access a PC on site with the Manager program on it vie VPN/logmein/PC anywhare etc, but is there a direct way of accessing the IP office using the internet and than accessing the IP office through one of It's ISDN trunks etc.

I know you can access an IP office(for remote maintenace) over a ISDN cct or by an annalog phone line if you have a modem card installed,but is there any way to access one by using the internet (ADSL).
