I've got multiple users across my whole M1 that have had intermittent button issues (most commonly #2) when outdialing or accessing voicemail. Sometimes they get an odd discordant tone, sometimes nothing and sometimes Call Pilot tells them their password is wrong (and may lock them) even...
makes sense to me, but man they freak when there's no tone.
I don't think the 2250 will work for this. I have to make sure they don't end up in with all the regular calls coming in. If even one gets a delay there would be much complaining. (like that's anything new)
