Telcoguy is right on but I like to redirect it to a new vdn that routes to a new vector that ques the call at a high priority so that the caller doesn't get pushed to the back of the que because an agent walked away from their desk in an Auto-In mode. Just a thought...VB
Sounds like you have an Elite Call-Center. If you are dialing by extension through a vector, meaning you are collecting 4 digits and routing to digits with coverage, you can create a VRT (Vector Routing Table). Its pretty easy.
