I have a BCM400 in jordan and an IP Office in England, if i need to connect it to each other through IP Trunk, whats the best protocol to complete this connection, H.323 or SIP ?

Thanks ,,, its working now, but when i dial from it, now the number appear is 04 + the i number i was send ...
note that i just but in TN : 900Ns5503224, the nuber now appear is 045503224, from where this 04 come? is there any way to remove it .
