Contact Store Issue 1

Hi ...

When I try to Search in the contact store for example from 1/7/2012 to 16/7/2012, the result just show the recording in 1/7/2012, why this occur ? is there a way to solve it ?

By default CS only shows the first 100 recordings.
But be aware that CS only can show report with a 1000 or less entries!!!
To change the amount of recordings:

setting the limit too high may slow down the return of results. To set a limit, add the string viewerx.limit=N to
the file csipo.properties 29 , replacing N with the maximum number of records required.
