thanks, we will see what happens...if i get a problem I'll Be Back. hehe One last shot...after I reset the NAM, before I factory the MICS, do I power the NAM back down till the MICS is configured or do I configure them together? Thanks again.

I read that the settings on the MICS only last 3 days. Will this affect the NAM or can I still hook them up and reset the nam then reset the mics or is the nam in trouble?

If the system was already disconncted do I have to wire the whole thing up first or just enough to get the NAM and KSU powered up? Passwords...oh great..I think I might have them but if they have been changed can I reset them first then default the units?
