Picky Picky [tongue] ...I did figure out removing MCT from USER will let me disable and remove the TTY, but, if I rebuild it I get an IOD006 when trying to enable it. Seems there may be something more than just TTY programming issue going on here.

If you're using an FTP program like Filezilla, once you connect you're in the uploads folder and you can just drag and drop the files into it, or if you prefer I do have a dropbox account if you're going to share a folder on there.
As some of you may know 4.5w is the earliest CS1000 release that can be downloaded from the support site.
So.
Does anyone here have an archived copy of the CS1000 3.0 CD image and install disk?
My thanks in advance.
Alright. Avaya has not released a patch on this yet, but there is a fix.
Download the attached file on this post and replace the file on the TM server located in:
C:\Program Files\Nortel\Telephony Manager\Millennium\Web\Execs and it will increase the available year on the web reports to 2016...
Yeah, that's what I was afraid of dltmike. On server reporting works fine, but I don't want to give the end users access to the server.
I've got a call into Nortel (Avaya, whatever) for the issue and if I hear anything helpful I'll be sure to share it here.
Is anyone having an issue with the year 2011 showing up in the web reports? I'm unable to run any reports for this year (the last 4 day).
Am I missing something? This is a TM4 btw.
Thanks in advance.
John...I'm not sure I understand the issue.
The app name and app ID is referenced in symposium via the created voice segment variable with the value set as "appname:appid" i.e. the value in the voice segment variable c_ani_hello is file1:107
What version of symposium are you working with...
John,
The values for for all the voice segment variables used in this script should look like:
Variable Value
c_zero_gv file1:1
c_one_gv file1:2
c_two_gv file1:3
c_three_gv file1:4
c_four_gv file1:5
c_five_gv file1:6
c_six_gv file1:7...
First, thanks for the praise all, I'm glad this has been helpful.
My beginning suggestions for those that are having issues would be to double check the voice segment variables to make sure that they are all pointing to the appropriate application and voice item ID in CP file1:0...file1:109...
I was searching around the forums for an automated ANI solution to identify unknown sets and analog ports.
There were a few ideas here on the forums that got me going, of which I would like to thank those that have posted information on this issue, into making something that will work with a...
