    Thanks everyone for your advice. I understand what MattKnight is saying - the registry addition will only fix the symtom... is there a way of sorting out the BOOTP issue then with IPO? I'll get the registry changed on the Server soon enough :) Thanks very much for the help, much appreciated!

    to jamie77 Customer bought the IP406 with VM Pro from other company 3 years ago. My boss soled them an IP500 to remote site recently. My company is new AVAYA partner. Boss also sales doesn't know much about it. We look after both now. I cannot tell customer what their VM Pro can do.
