What exactly happens. Are you having issues with inbound, outbound or both? In Monitor under filters click on the Clear All button and then go to the SIP tab and enable only SIP Tx and SIP Rx then paste that trace.

I didn't get most of the stuff above, but my SIP provider mentioned to me there was a bug in the 5.0 beta that changed underscores in the SIP registration entries to percent signs. He said if you change them back to underscores manually, all registers again...
If you notice you aren't getting any SIP Rx (receive) responses. Even if you had everything setup wrong you would get something back, unregistered, not found, doesn't exist anywhere, etc.
Something isn't getting through.
