Site A IP406 and Site B IP500 are connected with SCN. When Site A extn call site B main PSTN number 4573XXXX, I try to make it go through IP trunk.

Site A
SC 4573XXXX
FN Dial

LG 10 (IP trunk)

Site B
Incoming call route
Bearer: Any voice
LG 30 (ip trunk)

Destination: AA Day

When I dial B's main number from site A, nothing happened. I can see the call go through IP trunk with B's System Status: IP trunk display seized, but never change to connected.

Is there any other way to do that?

Do you have advanced SCN running? As it effects the way you do this also do you have centralised VM ? I will answer as though you don't first.
Calls coming in on IP trunks do not go through Incoming call routes at all they match on shortcodes in the line or system. To make this work you need to strip the digits off that you send down the trunk. Also you need a shortcode in site B that is pointed to your AA. So do this
Short code - 1234557 (the exact main line number of site B)
Feature - Dial
Tel number - *98 (or the shortcode you pointed to your attendant)
Line Group - 10 (IP Trunk).

That should work

I don't have advanced SCN nor centralised VM. Site B has embedded VM, site A use VM Pro.

I will try your way. thanks

What Mr Riddle has said is correct. But I will ask, why did you put embedded in the remote site??? It's not supported in SCN and you already have a VM on site A you already paid for.

this is caused by sales droids not knowing what they are doing

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Customer bought the IP406 with VM Pro from other company 3 years ago. My boss soled them an IP500 to remote site recently. My company is new AVAYA partner. Boss also sales doesn't know much about it. We look after both now. I cannot tell customer what their VM Pro can do.

Well you could do them a deal where you give them an advanved voice networking licence in exchange for their embedded card and then both sites have the flexibility of VM Pro you also gain other advantages of distributed hunt groups etc. You then have an embedded VM card and an impresed customer.

actually nobody ask me re-direct the call. they only ask me block it.

Well in site A add a shortcode of:
SC - 1234567 (site B number)
Tel number - .
Feature - Busy

job done.
