Didn't even think of that!...I will check behind the dialogue box. It did not occur to me that the main interface may have auto minimised to the taskbar (we are still XP Pro).

Thanks Supernova...Tried that as well, but the Desktop Tool checkbox is grayed out by virtue of the fact that the Receptionist does not have a IP Handset or directory number against her profile. Anyhoo the Desktop Tool would still give the User access to the type of configuration I wish to shield.

After an agent has finished a call they appear in the "unavailable" column in work timer status. This is currently 60 YES 60! seconds before moving to available status.

The Interface keeps the same basic structure and all the forms are still there with a few additions. Mitel have re-named some of the forms and seemed to have dropped the "assignment" off the end of some. You also see a little Green/yellow arrow icon against Forms which are included in the SDS...
