I have a few ext numbers that want to be call forwarded to a voicemail announcement but when you do call foward manually on the phone and on the meridian it does not work even when there is a new VM box
We have a switchboard. Can calls coming into the switchboard be transferred either to a automated attendant,7005 telephone directory or any other menu options. If so how do you configue this?

Thats great I changed it to the extension number and it is working the user answers when I ring him externally.

I have access to the programming and have checked it all for the past 2 days cant find anything wrong with it. Nothing goes to mail I even deleted the mailbox and its still goes to mail externaly. So I tried deleting the DN and giving the user a new DN guess what it works really dont understand...
When you ring the user externally say 01642 xxx 21xx then it goes straight to meridian mail you cant speak to the caller. It happens all the time even when not on a call. Thought it might be auto logon set up in meridian mail but it isnt.
