I have a Startalk 1.7 with 8X24 dr5 installed, and for some reason I cant get the startalk to answer lines 1 and 2.
It will answer 3-6 no problem.
I have checked the tables, the line settings, business status,....strange!
Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for your replys, I have tried everything, I agree it does sound like a CO issue, however, Bell Canada has investigated thier end and says it is not a co problem (surprise surprise)

I have a CICS installed (4.0) 8 sets and 8 lines, and for a couple of years now, every once in a while while my client is on the phone thier conversation was cut off by “Incoming Call”. It displayed INCOMING CALL on thier display and then Line #2 rang into the office..

I have a MICS with 6.1, with PRI,6-port slim with 1 FSM,
it got hit by lightening, the system lost 8 extensions, installer has replaced everything on the system except the software.
Everything works fine, but once the PRI has more than 4 incoming calls, callers get screetching and hissing..Bell...

Thanks for your reply, forgot to mention an answer dn is not an option either as 222 recieves many internal calls. and also calls from thier other lines and 224 doesnt want to hear every call ringing.

1 line assigned to 222 and 224
This is the issue, I have 2 extensions (222 and 224) with thier own mailboxes...how do I get an incoming line that is assigned to appr and ring at both 222 and 224 go to 222's mailbox, it seems to always go to 224's...
I recently installed a DM with 8 base stations and 3 repeaters, my bigest promblem is the base stations handing off to one another when on a call.
Coverage is shady, and they are installed in a greenhouse environment.
Anyone have any suggestions why the base stations are not handing off quickly...
