Startalk 1.7 with 8X24 dr5 issue 2

Hello all,

I have a Startalk 1.7 with 8X24 dr5 installed, and for some reason I cant get the startalk to answer lines 1 and 2.
It will answer 3-6 no problem.
I have checked the tables, the line settings, business status,....strange!
Any help would be appreciated!

Try this
Make the PRIME SET under line config the primary VMAIL EXT.
and set DRT To 2 for a test and see if it will answer line 1 and 2 that way

Also make sure that lines 1 & 2 are NOT assigned to the voicemail DNs.
