okay just found out I need more compression, but it seems a bit harsh wehn i am using ip phones over isdn that it needs the same amount of channels..

Ensure Direct media path is enabled to not use channels on IP-IP calls.

VCM is not showing in the list of installed modules, though i am sure it was purchsed..
we are not using VOIP serice between sites but are using IP phones...
what would the voice compression module be listed as i can see in the modules..

also did a test seems that incoming is not a problem i can have 4 lines busy then still receive incoming calls
looking at the logs, i have seen a

I now have this working, bt were sending 6 numbers, i watched the logs there sending last six changed it to voice and all done

Guess i can ask BT how many digits there sending on my range, is this a standard amount do you know?
Where do I set the amount of incoming digits, i normally just put the full DDI number on the 'Incoming number' on the call route tab.
