Failed to send Avaya.cfg

Any help would be great I have a ip office 406 I am unable to save any config changes even with a reboot. When i make the changes in the IP Manager software I notice right after the merge config i get the following..


unable to send C:\Program Files\Avaya\Ip Office\Manager\Avaya.cfg

Any help would be great

Is your system called Avaya??

If so tht is the config file. Check/turn off firewalls on your PC as this can block the transfer of the config.

I would also check and make sure you are inputting the correct password.

What version is the IP Officeand which manager are you using.

The 3.2 Manager requires the system p/w even when merging. On pre-3.2 systems this is at the top of the box.
