My tcpserver and tcpclient applications are working well
over the LAN but, over the INTERNET, long messages / files
get truncated. Can anybody tell me what is causing this ?

It is possible that you have the NIC in the Prom.Mode
correctly and not seeing all of the network traffic due
to the type of concentrators you have on the network.
I your nodes connected thru HUBS or Switches ?
Eric, I just thought of one more thing that has
been the source of my problems in the past. IF your
printer uses an interface other than PARALLEL (LPTx:),
(USB for instance), the Label for the port in the
PROPERITIES / DETAILS / ...PORT can be kind of cryptic.
