    When you reset the password, it defaults to 12345678. Once you enter the password in the phone, you can either turn off the password or change it

    There is no way to suppress the ACOD. Have you contacted your Octel vendor? One of my sites had a similiar problem and a new tree needed to be added to fix the problem.
