Hi
Does anyone know how to suppress ACOD?
Can anyone help?
The background to this problem is as follows;
Site A and Site B are connected by a 2mb Tie line. There is an Octel vmail system on Site A. DN1234 on site B forwards to vmail at site A, on 'no answer' and 'busy'.
If an external caller, who suppresses their CLI, phones DN 1234 and is forwarded to vmail, they get an open tree Octel message, if the caller doesn't suppress their CLI, they get the personal vmail.
We have realised that the problem is caused by the ACOD of the Tie line conflicting with their number plan (when no CLI is sent).
So I need to either change the ACOD -I can't as the remaining numbers also conflict - or suppress the ACOD.
Does anyone know how to suppress ACOD?
Digits displayed are as follows;
5708-23 H1234 7000(ACOD, Trunk, DN, Vmail DN)
Many thanks in advance for any help
Regards
