I can supply the headers but I'm curious, why are you looking for this as if you're working on some form of an off-site reporting for Aloha I might be very interested in it.
We're running Aloha QS 14.1.14 with two terminals. Currently, whenever a payment is applied on terminal 1, the Aloha freezes (completely unresponsive) and I keep getting "Ack not yet received; Resending" over and over again.
I've already have this at two sites and have tickets open with NCR and...
Ross,
When I attempted to image/re-image a test terminal, I'm getting a bit stuck. Every time I re-image, the "Restore Anywhere" checkbox is checked and greyed out. This causes for my re-image to ask for a Windows XP SP3 CD at the end of the installation, searching for a hotfix.
Have you ever...
Ross,
I thought about that but I have to upgrade terminals in three different locations and wouldn't want to spend time imaging terminals per location. I was hoping for a more OTB solution where I can image 9 udocs at the office then just pop them in when I get to the location.
Worst case...
Hi,
I have to upgrade some 1220's to 4GB UDOCs. I've never performed the update but I'm assuming its fairly straight forward after reading a bunch of posts on this forum. However, I do not have an image. Would anyone be so kind as to share one with me, please?
Thank you.
P.S. This will be...
Hello, I am trying to setup a new firewall (pfSense) and trying to include all of the rules that I need to Aloha while still being PCI Compliant. There was a post prior that listed some general rules (http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1726917) but it doens't seem complete. I also have...
What about Data or Bin folders? Considering that the terminals have synced everything to the BOH, wouldn't that data be redundancy?
Kind of like just bringing in a new terminal to an existing space.
So I was thinking...perhaps if I make an empty Promo or an empty comp, then I can mitigate this situation through a script running an empty comp/promo prior to House tender and verify that no one comp/promo is on check.
Is there a way to do this? I've been testing but can't figure it out.
I am attempting to free up some space on our terminals to install .NET 3.5 SP1, which required about 251MB. We currently have the 1220s with a gig of memory per CF card.
So far the folders that I saw that could possibly be deleted to free up space are an IE7 updates folder under Windows -...
As the title reads, I am attempting to restrict one of our comps to be only available with certain types of payment methods. Is this possible at all?
I'm specifically attempting to restrict a house account from receiving an additional comp we offer to other customers.
Thank you for the help.
