Aloha DBF examples

I'm trying to get examples of the following Aloha .dbf files. If you have examples, please send them to me. You can redact the entries if you have to. All I need to know are the headers so I can learn the structure...

CAT.dbf
CIT.dbf
MNU.dbf
SUB.dbf
MOD.dbf

I can supply the headers but I'm curious, why are you looking for this as if you're working on some form of an off-site reporting for Aloha I might be very interested in it.
