You may come accross 2 situations.
1. You may want the calls to overflow to skill secondary if calls queued in skill primary is more than a certain limit.
2. Or you may want to overflow the calls to sec. skill if logged in agents in prim. skill is = 0.
Both of this can be easily...
we are having 4 CD players running for MoH, for four different campaigns. We do have digital MP3 players also for this purpose. Now the problem is CD players, since running for 24hrs. are prone to wear and tear, and stops often. Mp3 players are good and cost is the constraint, it's not feasible...

Looked at the website, sounds nice. But the cost is the concern, we already have 2 wallboards, but display information is limited, so I'm looking for an additional cheaper option.
Typical implementation of N-Focus would cost $25,000, it's too high for it's...

I believe you want prevent a number from calling your definity.
It can easily done by using vrt. Designate that particular extension as vdn. route the call to a vector
01 goto step 04 if ani in table 1
02 goto step 05 if unconditionally
03 busy
04 stop
06 route-to XXXX ...
