Hi folks,

We have multiple attendant consoles at our office and I'm trying to find the setting that will make the next incoming call go to the console that is most idle.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance!

Onqe way is u can create dummy agents for each attendant console, keep them logged in always.

Regds.

Trouble with making them agents, is they can't put a call on hold & answer another unless you have multiple acd call handling. You might try making them straight ucd-mia hunt group members. They would be logged in by default. If you have attendant vectoring available in the switch (post release 7, I think) you could establish an attendant vectoring CDN (this gathers up all attd defined calls), add it in the Console Parameters form & use a Queue-to hunt command in the Attendant Vector.
