Resolved the problem by splitting the database. What I mean by that is we copied the database itself to each users PC while the data tables(already in a different database) stayed on the network source. Thanks to everyone for your assistance!!!

From the Windows menu, selecting Arrange, the menu appears asking to select the desired format (meaning tiled, horizontal, vertical or cascade). If possible is there a way to change the default? Meaning the Tiled option is always selected but I want it to always open Cascade. Thanks, Phil
