I have a RDB that is inserting a 1 on incoming DIDs. If I add an IDC table referenece to the RDB, does the system add the 1 to the DID, then reference the IDC table, or should I just put the four digit DID in the IDC table. I guess I'm asking if I leave the Insert 1, what goes in the...

We have Unity Connection integrated with Nortel CS1000 via QSIG. We've noticed when we transfer a caller directly to voicemail, the message shows the caller ID of the person who transferred the call, not the caller who was transferred.

We have a site with a CS1000 we are integrating with Cisco Unity Connection via qsig. We noticed when we press transfer and enter the pilot number for the system, the transfer option disappears from the soft keys (1140 phones). Ring Again is the only option.

When dialing an international number, for example:
011 44 20 77301234
the CDR raw data is dropping the 011, showing:
N 047 00 33324 A000046 08/04 11:37 00:01:04 A 314444442077301234XXX
Is there a CDR setting I can change to get the 011 included?
