Hello,

It's been brought to my attention if someone makes an external call, he/she cannot transfer it to an external office (SIP/NRS) or to an external number. It can be transferred to an extension from the office the call was placed.

If an external call comes in, the call can be transferred anywhere.

Is there a way to correct this issue.

Thanks.

On the complaining extension.... Look at CLS and make sure it has FTTU set.

Could be tbar. What is trnx and extt set to in the net data? Look at the routes for art=1 or some number other than 0 to determine if it is tbar.
