New Loop

I'm in the process of building QSIG PRIs in our systems. In other, older systems, I have been able to use existing Loop/Route/D-Channel information no longer in useand, for lack of a better term, reverse engineer the build. However, I have a site that does not have this. Here's the CEQU:

My question is, can I build the QSIG PRI on 020 00 04 port 2? If yes, do I build it as loop 4/d-channel 4?

Any advice would be apprecaited. Many thanks.

As long as it is not in use for a media gateway (Check in 97). In CEQU at PRI promt enter 4 it will then prompt for the Loop Shelf Card of were the PRI is (This ties the loop 4 to the card), then fill out the other stuff (Frame etc.). Next build the DCH:

When you get to doing your channels in LD14 it would be 4 1 upwards.
