Can you able to login from your ASA to the PABX itself before? Try to check the ip address. You could also do a telnet of that ip and after loging in try the command "autosat" that should get you inside the PABX without the ASA instead.

You must try to plan in advance the design to minimize your downtime. Have a checklist and upgrade procedure. Try this.
1) IP assignment for IPSI's
2) Card assignment from 1C to 2A and 1D to 2B
3) IPSI cable layout to control network switch
4) Upgrade of firmware for IPSI
Items 1,2 and 3...
Try to remove all the translation by removing all the analog stations registered to that board. You can use display port 1a01xx to check the stations. After removing it you can now change circuit-pack.

Is that an ip tie trunk? If so you should use aar instead of ars. How many digits are you sending to the remote office? Another suggestion is to send only 4 digits (2700-2999). At the remote office try to delete the first 6 digits and create vdn for (2700-2999).

1. Change node-names ip (Add the IP and node names of CLAN)
2. Change ip-services (Add node name and port number default is 9000)
3. Change System-Parameters CDR (Add the node name to the primary output)
4. Go back to Change ip-services (go to page 3 and enable cdr)

There is no way that you could access the web interface of the Standby server via the Active server, it is because each server has different IP address. You could only do this on the root of the Active server by doing a telnet on the Standby server.
