I'm suddenly having issues with 1 particular vector. I have two other vectors that are written exactly the same, for the same split and they are working fine. The one in question, if I do a trace, goes through the time of day steps and upon placing the call in queue, just goes to silence...

yes, i believe they are in a hunt group, and they do have dial tone on that line and they can dial out and *73 does work repeatedly.
I will give your suggestions a try and remove call forwarding - there really is no reason that we need to have it on that line.

I've had many reports and experienced myself and 1 out of every 2 calls to a particular number ring busy.
I've traced the calls and on the busy - I get:
"active trunk-group 2 member 5 cid 0x11c"
"busy trunk-group 2"
On a good call, no busy - the trace reads:
"active trunk-group 2...
