calls queued with silence

I'm suddenly having issues with 1 particular vector. I have two other vectors that are written exactly the same, for the same split and they are working fine. The one in question, if I do a trace, goes through the time of day steps and upon placing the call in queue, just goes to silence and doesn't seem to do anything until the caller hangs up. There are plenty of avail agents, queue size is more than enough - i've tried to add in a bunch of steps to test for calls queued & avail agents and it skips those steps and goes right to queueing but never plays music or other steps after the queue step. If I trace it, it says leaving vector processing after it queues.

It's pretty basic, checks for time of day, plays an ann asking for digits - if # 5, then goto another vec, if 1, then queue - pressing 1 is where I get the silence after queueing.

WendiC, the looks vector looks fine. I would look at RTMCKEE's thread.
 
One more thing I'd try. You could have an agent doing this on purpose. If it says its leaving vector proccessing then it could be that the agent is answering the call, but not saying anything. Then the caller hangs up. It would appear in the cms reporting that the call completed.

Did you try to do a service observe on the VDN to see what you could here?

You also may have an agent ID logged in and idle with no one there.
 
i believe that was it!! An after hours agent was still logged in but was at home...
