If you use the MCS software to manage the phones the 69xx series now work brilliantly!. I would not risk using them without it, likely you will have a whole world of pain!

We did try sending the call direct to the extension and same result. Dialled and received calls are fine but no missed.
It does not make sense as it is receiving the information when you right click the Phone Manager Icon the number is in the list.

Following a recent upgrade to CCM 7 the MaintenanceAlarmDispatcher service is using a extraordinary amount of CPU usage and Memory. The Alarms on the Yoursite and CCC grey out until you reset the service and then it goes green, red and grey again (Over a few minutes).

Sorry,appears there is no easy way out. I had to rebuild the controller with the error. Just exported all the forms I needed and started again. After doing this for 20 years it was a lesson learned the hard way.
