Yes, I think so... all the reports works fine for the agent except " agent outbound call trace ", do I need a special license for this report??? realtime supervision is enabled.
I require one day report for an agent, I can see calls in the SMDR inspector for the agent, but " no data " in the status report for the same agent, there is 50 calls more or less.
I don´t know the way for veryfing with network monitor, it only shows alarms....

when I make a tracer to a sip call from an IP Phone ( 5312 ) towards a SIP service provider, the ip address of the phone is sended in SDP. Is there any way to send as the origin the Controller´s IP in the SDP instead of the phone´s ip address ?

Hi, no light, it´s OK now try with " ping " and you should receive response from the IP assigned to the console and will work.
I always assign a Static IP to console from DHCP.
