When I try pressing f1 on the keyboard it simulates pressing key 00 on my set(ACD KEY)
pressing f2 simulates pressing key 01 (an SCR KEY)
Im thinking the docs reference f1 as if it were default(Possibly a handsfree/speaker option programmed to a key itself)

Hi,
In CC6 or PBX, Is there a way to find out which party disconnected a call?
In CC6's Call-By-Call Report, it shows call released with no other details.
After some testing "Call Released" is what it shows whether the agent or calling party released.
We are using 3904/3905 sets here.
If it was only 4/5 difference outgoing numbers, I would have done it that way for sure, since im pretty comfortable with it.
