I have tried restoring the address book and database from the shared folder in the old files, but when the client try's to use the address book it is still empty. Can anyone give me some direction on restoring the old address book from my image of the old HD. Thanks for any help JM

I did a test, all good, margins printout are correct I will be glad to mail it to you. I cannot duplicate your issue. You might try creating a test doc, if it is ok then copy/paste the contents of your problem doc into it. Not much, but i hope it helps sopme. jm

Does this occur when the Norton is shut off? Have you tried closing all running apps then opening the outlook? worth a shot if you haven't. jm

BF, what happens when you try to print?

Is there a way that anyone knows of other than the MSKB articleQ163943 to work around this? When querying table from Access to SQL Server, this IPF appears and Access shuts down. Could this be remedied by simply copying,renaming the table, or is the issue deeper than that? Thanks. JM

IMHO :) Resources are a consideration here, and that D--n toolbar is a resource HOG. Get rid of it. IMHO.
