    Or Just try a user shortcode like this, that will point any number dial to an outside line. SC - N Feature - Dial Telephone - N Line Group ID - 50:Main

    Make sure that the line group ID is point to the ARS route. Which should be 50:Main. You dont want it just pointed to Linge Group ID 0 anymore. Try this. SC- ?D Feature- Secondary DT Telephone- 9 Line Group ID - 50:Main

    SMDR errors

    The problem has been fixed, it took Avaya R & D to get me a patch. I had tried some of the older Delta Servers that I knew worked, but I got a Comms failure every time. Thanks for the imput and help.

    I am running Delta Server 5.2.13 to create SMDR.csv files. The problem is about 2 out of every 10 calls shows the date 1899 12/30. Does anyone know of fix or a Delta Server that doesnt create these errors that will work with an IP Office 500 running 4.0.7 Thank you Aaron
