    Opt 11/call accounting software,if I connect PC direct connect through Null modem I receive my Data. Problem is I have 2 short haul modems and need to put pc in different office can not receive data through modems any suggestions

    It is 3550 and like I said when you leave a message in this box it will notify 3550 that it has a new message I'm stuck have tried every thing except reset the system. I had one do this a few years ago and all I could do was change the dn and mailbox #

    Yes call in when aa answers press** you will be asked for ext # and password then press # If no aa then you need to be transfered or wait till you hear your personal greeting and do the same

    I have, they have mailbox # same as DIDs and exts When I change the ext# in the mailbox it will work.msg waitin lght will let her know she has a message on her 3550 ext no conflict with duplicate ext #

    There are 144 mailboxes on this system and all are perfect except for mailbox 3550 so early Monday I guess a simple reset of mics and call pilot is on my schudele

    I have 1 mail box on a call pilot 150 that will not allow me to access from her phone without a logon /can not access through AA it just goes to General delivery / changed the port/ deleted mailbox and rebuilt it with no luck it seems to only be that mail box #3550
