Hi all,
I have just loaded up a 6.0 system, and programmed a CPDC card to be my MAS server. I have uploaded several .wav files to be used as music on hold. But thats as far as I have gotten. How do I tell the switch to look for this server <base.mysite.com$music> and pull the music file for...
In my system (new 1000 E&T install) I have 7, 48 port baystacks all seperated from each other and connected to a Passport 1624G Fiber router. I'm somewhat familiar with Hubs and routers but this is a complicated beast. I have the Device manager installed so that I can get into the GUI...
Ok John,
I can't seem to figure out what I need to do, The route does just fine with all of my 3900 sets and my 2616's. All of them work just fine with auto dial. So I guess I need a specific way to change the the route to the appropriate timers to get the Attendant PC to function correctly...
On my PC Attendant I need to access another trunk that I have to wait a couple seconds to get and then I need to send EES to the switch on the far end. But when I dial the number and press enter it spits out the line of digits really fast and then I get the “you have dialed an invalid number...
Well that is a clever idea but I don't have a symposium, and I am in Romania, and not sure how the romanian officails, if they found out, would feel about that. I was trying to do a work around with Callpilot and creating an SDN that points to an Information mailbox and then hangs up on them...
I have a Option 61C and I also have a crazy guy that keeps calling and making threatning phone calls. The management would just like to block that one cell phone. Is there anything that I can do?
Thanks
Hey there,
The problem that I had was I just didn't set up my dip switch settings correctly. Once I figured out that whole mess it showed up no problem. Everything else above this sounds very good to check out but just make sure your dips are in the right buses that you want to use.
Actually your 4X16 module would then be unable to use it's 16 stations if you do that.
But yesterday I found out that there is nothing wrong with the way I position the dip switches. The conflict was with the 4X16 and the DTM being set up for an E1 (Since I am in Bolivia) and thats what they...
over the past few weeks trying to figure out what was wrong I have tried several combinations of dip switch settings. So I will list a few and describe what was wrong with them.
First off the 4X16 module takes up 2 DS30 Buses, as well as the DSM32.(From what I've read)
Config 1
DTM bus 7 ...
Hey there, I've tried 12 different dip switch combonations on this BCM 400, I've got a DTM, ASM, DSM32+, and a 4X16. I can see my E1 lines just fine and all of my extentions even the analog but for some reason I can't get the 4 analog lines to show up on the 4X16 in the enabled physical lines...
Well I'll know more a little bit later, I was at an off site and nobody decided to tell me that the CO was changing my DID block of numbers, So hopefully that was it but won't know till later today.
Equipment was sent about a year ago but it's for a residence so not that many stations are...
I've never worked with the DID, E1's or a DTM before and I have an E1 comming into it with 100 DID numbers ranging from 9900 - 9999. I can't seem to grasp the concept of how to assign the DID numbers to any of the 30 lines I have on the E1, or even assigning them to target lines and then...
Hey there, I have 2 BCM 400, V 3.0 system's (different buildings, not connected) that have the same set up (1-DSM32+, 1-DSM16, 1-ASM8, 1-CTM8) and they contain the same dip switch settings. But on one of the systems I cannot see the enabled trunks when in unified manager, there just not there...
