On my PC Attendant I need to access another trunk that I have to wait a couple seconds to get and then I need to send EES to the switch on the far end. But when I dial the number and press enter it spits out the line of digits really fast and then I get the “you have dialed an invalid number. So I need to know how to slow down the tones coming out of the PC attendant or another solution all together.
I have set up a Virtual key that: makes sure loop is idle, dials the access code, wait 3 seconds, prompt for telephone number to dial, press enter.
Thanks for your help!

the route needs to be set to wait for dialtone, ie, start type needs to be adjusted on both ends or adjust the timers on that route to compensate for the slow response on the far end.

Ok John,
I can't seem to figure out what I need to do, The route does just fine with all of my 3900 sets and my 2616's. All of them work just fine with auto dial. So I guess I need a specific way to change the the route to the appropriate timers to get the Attendant PC to function correctly.
Sorry for taking so long to get back, I only have limited access to the site.
