    It definitely will be a PRI. That's what the client ordered. The choices are from the carrier's pre-inspection form (which I've never had to fill out before). As you are aware, most "low-price" carriers/resellers are idiots. So...E&M Wink Start would be the correct choice?

    $1500 is what I quoted originally (2 techs @ 85/hr. + supplies/hardware). I'm looking forward to a call from the client after this knob-job "F's" it up.
